Your Health Professionals

Our vocationally qualified General Practitioners provide comprehensive family medical care, with a special focus on skin cancer assessment and management. We are supported by experienced registered nurses and administrative staff who assist with procedures, chronic disease management and patient coordination.

We are proud to offer culturally inclusive care, with doctors who speak English, Urdu, Hindi, Pashto and Bosnian. Clear communication and respectful care are central to our practice.

Open seven days a week and bulk billing Medicare card holders, we are committed to accessible and community-focused healthcare.

Practice Information

Appointments
Appointments can be made online via HotDoc, by telephone on 07 2889 1666, or in person at reception. Please inform our staff if you require a longer consultation so adequate time can be allocated.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, we kindly request that you notify the practice as soon as possible.

Billing
We are a bulk billing practice for Medicare card holders. Some procedures and specialised services may incur a private fee. Iron infusions are privately billed. Please refer to our Fees page or contact reception for further information.

Managing your Health Information

Your medical information is treated with strict confidentiality in accordance with Australian privacy legislation. Personal health information is securely stored and is only accessed by authorised healthcare professionals involved in your care.
A copy of our Privacy Policy is available upon request.

Home Visits

Home visits may be considered for regular patients of the practice where clinically appropriate and within a reasonable distance of the clinic. Availability is at the discretion of the treating doctor. Please contact reception to discuss your individual circumstances.

After Hours Care

For medical emergencies, please call 000 immediately.
For urgent medical care outside of our opening hours, patients should contact the nearest hospital emergency department or an appropriate after-hours medical service. Further information can be obtained by contacting our reception team during business hour

Reminder System

Our practice may send reminders for preventative health checks, follow-up appointments and routine screenings where appropriate. These reminders may be sent via SMS, phone or other secure communication methods.
If you do not wish to receive reminders, please inform our reception staff.

Interpreter

We are committed to providing accessible care for patients from diverse backgrounds. Our doctors speak English, Urdu, Hindi, Pashto and Bosnian.
If you require an external interpreter service, please inform our reception team when booking your appointment so arrangements can be made where possible.

Results Notification

Patients will be advised by their doctor regarding how test results will be communicated. In most cases, patients will be asked to return for a follow-up appointment to discuss results.
If your results require urgent attention, the practice will contact you directly. If you have not received your results within the advised timeframe, please contact the clinic to arrange a review.
